Not quite the right fit? No worries, we’ve got you. This is where you start your return or exchange request. We keep the process simple and clear so you can get the help you need without the runaround.

To get started, you’ll need:

•     Your order number

•      The email address used at checkout

Before you begin, here’s what to know:

•      Eligible apparel items must be requested within 30 days of purchase, unused, unworn, and in original packaging

•      Bookmarks and Charms are made to order and are final sale

•     Calendars are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

•     If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos

•    Approved returns may be issued as a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item and return condition

Once your request is submitted, we’ll review it and, if approved, follow up by email with the next steps.
