From official book club merchandise to literary-inspired pieces, every design represents a community built around discovering books written by Black authors featuring Black characters, and creating space for readers to feel seen, heard, and connected.
Because the best stories don’t end when you finish the last chapter. They continue through conversation.

For some, it’s a library. For others, it’s a coffee shop. For us, it’s wherever Black stories bring us together.
The Sacred Rooms T-Shirt was created to represent the heart of the Spoken Thoughts Book Club, a community of readers who gather across cities, states, and time zones to celebrate books written by Black authors and featuring Black characters.
The artwork captures two readers immersed in stories, connected through a shared love of literature, imagination, and culture. Though each person sits in their own space, they are united by the same experience: discovering, discussing, and celebrating Black storytelling.
